Shipping policy

GENERAL:

Once your payment is received, we will send you an order confirmation and a follow up email to confirm your order. Our rackz are handmade and custom built to order with general process times below:

  • 1 week to build 
  • 1 week to stain and dry
  • 1-7 days shipping (depending on location)

You can generally expect to receive your package between 2-3 weeks following your order confirmation, however shipping time will ultimately be determined by item and location. Contact us directly at socalsurfrackz@gmail.com for any questions, concerns or updated about your order.

NOTE: YOU WILL LIKELY RECEIVE YOUR RACK SOONER THAN THE TIMEFRAMES ABOVE. OUR POLICY IS TO UNDER PROMISE & OVER DELIVER. We pride ourselves on the quality of our rackz and are driven to only deliver you the best of the best.

LOCAL DELIVERY:

*FREE local delivery in only available to customers with a delivery address within 25 miles of Solana Beach, CA 92075*

Your rack will come unboxed and fully assembled.

UPS GROUND:

*This method is available to all customers and is standard*

Your rack will come partially assembled and in the box. All the tools needed to put the rack together will be included and should not take longer than 30 minutes to assemble.
