Q: Are SSR rackz waterproof?
A: SSR seals each rack with a strong water resistant outdoor coat of sealant. However, this is a 100% natural wood product, so we always recommend indoor placement for your rack to last the longest and look the best. If you do opt to keep the rack outside, we suggest placement under an awning for protection from the elements or at the very least moving the rack to a protected spot temporarily during severe weather situations - until a storm passes. One thing is for sure - SSR rackz last longer than anything else on the market, so if you are looking for shelf life and durability, you came to the right place.
Q: How long will it take me to receive my rack?
A: Our rackz are built to order and take about two weeks to construct, stain and dry. Once complete, they will be shipped within1-7 business days. Total lead time from checkout to your doorstep is an estimated 2-3 weeks (this is approximate and can be slightly shorter or longer based on the complexity of your order, location and current volume). Q: How long do your rackz take to assemble?
A: We have engineered our rackz to be assembled easily in about 25 minutes or less. Most can be done in just 3 simple steps. Each rack is also put together and taken apart by our team prior to being shipped so we can ensure a smooth setup for you. We include easy to read directions, extra screws and even a screwdriver (the only tool you'll need) to put it together.
Q: Do you offer any discounts?
